There were so many folks around this Friday. We handed out 400fliers and Adrian got his first DONATION from a very cool woman named MaryJo. We hope to see her on Tuesday the 17th at the MERC.After we exhausted the number of fliers we had, we walked around a bitand had a chance to see some Capoeira dance fighting at the studiothere on Sante Fe. Thanks for coming and pitching in guys!<br /><br />Wednesday was our usual meeting, this time hosted by the CVV people. Great food, great people, and we are going to be painting the Biodiesel bus this Saturday. Good times, great fun, and dancing. If you haven't been, you are missing out!<br /><br />Deb did some great publicity at the Amy Goodman KGNU fundraiser! She didn't get a table, but managed to pass out about 120 fliers about our movement and talk to lots of people. We also hooked up with organizers from the American Friends Service Committee who were fliering about Eyes Wide Open, and exhibit at Civic Center park later this month that you should definetely go see! No politics please, just peace<br /><br />Tomorrow, Friday, we are going to first Fridays on Santa Fe to distribute fliers about our next series of events and gather signatures to present to Diana Degette in support of closing the SOA. Its going to be great, and we would love to either see you there or have you work with the Rocky Mountain SOA region!! Meet at the Democratic Party Headquarters at 6:00pm and bring a clipboard or pen or both.
